The staff is very pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. On each small issue that we had, they responded immediately and did their best to compensate us for every small thing that happened. (like housekeeping skipping our room, room's key not working). Breakfast is fabulous with a wide variety of food, including gluten-free and lactose-free milk. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The parking garage is well located and has an elevator directly to the hotel.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the reception staff were extremely helpful at all times. It is very close to the main station and under a 10 minute walk to the pedestrianised old city centre. the room was clean and spacious with a modern bathroom. The breakfast was good (although I have experienced better) with an adequate range of hot and cold food. Avoid the fried eggs - not freshly cooked to order.

I loved the hotel! The location was perfect near the train station the room was perfect, the service exceptional, the facility clean, the staff friendly knowledgeable helpful professional. My stay was comfortable the room was a two level suite which included amenities as well as a fully stocked refrigerator. I will return. I recommend them. Breakfast was also included it was the best i ever had. The restaurant is also recommended. I loved everything and recommend them. I will return. At the bar i recommend the blue wave which is absolutely delicious, thanks dimitri 😊

The hotel is near to the train station and it offers good breakfast. In addition, there is welcome coffee at the lobby for all their guests, and all food & drink items at the room's mini bar are FREE. My room is very big and it also comes with a coffee machine :)

The hotel - I'll start from the end was simply excellent!!! Location - close to a central train station so it requires a short walk of up to 5 minutes. Staff - was very good, responded to any question and/or request, very high level of cleanliness. The breakfast - was just perfect, a large selection of light and hot drinks, a selection of: pastries, vegetables, fruits, milk. Public transportation - First, for those arriving from the airport, there is public transportation (S1 or S8) to the central station and from the central station it is about a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Second, at the central station there are transportation options to get to different places in the city (U, S, Taram and more).

Absolutely perfect in every way. I stay in a lot of hotels and I am usually very critical, but this hotel was fantastic. From the reception, to the room, everything was super. The mini bar is fully stocked and is free of charge including beer. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. I had a great night sleep. Check in and check out was very easy and the reception in every case was perfect. I can not say anything bad at all about this hotel. Highly recommend. Very good location next to the train station as well.

The hotel is in a great location close to central train station and the tram which made it easier with getting to and from the airport and sight seeing around town. Room was modern and clean. Free mini bar was a bonus. Buffet breakfast was delicious and free self serve coffee 24/7 was another added bonus. Staff were very friendly. Would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great location close to main train station and marienplatz for all the Xmas market's. Spacious room with excellent extra large shower with great water pressure and lovely and warm. Extra large king bed, very comfortable. Buffet hot and cold breakfast with plenty of options for all tastes. Friendly helpful staff. A couple of beers, softdrinks and juices included each day as an added bonus. Pod coffee machine and tea available as well. Free coffee machine also available in the lobby. Overall excellent value for money. We had 4 night's and would definitely stay again. Supermarket and restaurants nearby as well.

The location was perfect next to the main train station. The bar is wonderfully stocked with really good gin.

Spacious room with a free minibar that's restocked daily with water, drinks, chocolate, and a bag of crisps. The AC was very effective and quickly cooled down the room (compared to other hotels I've stayed in). Rooms had large shampoo and body wash bottles rather than the mini bottles you usually get in hotels. I'm also happy that staff allowed me an early check-in before 3 PM. Reasonable breakfast selection with a large dining area, my favourites being the chocolate-filled croissants and the cereal selection.
